Ur kidding right... do u really think the govt. will do
something like that.. if that was the case ..so many of us would not be
working for PVT. companies... i think we get our milt. equipment
from  the rouss soviet. and the French.. i doubt

i knew about C.A.E bangalore but i was trying to get in touch wid them myself

hello soulst. ,

we are developing our own helicopters, technology is fully ours.

i heard in DRDO they do research on this.

we have a capacity to develop milt. equipement. may be its b'cuz of the politics we are buying old models from other nations

or becuz of the young ppl like us who are only thinkin about  our self .

we dont know much about our own country.

DRDO is doing flight simulation for our country.

i need any pvt  company which can do a military (flight) simulation.

thank u

Default Private simulation Firm

You may contact Octave Simulation (www.octavesim.com). It is a private firm, started by IIT Delhi graduates and they can help you with your simulation requirements.

check out Zen Technologies Hyderabad ... they presented in the past in Anifest, cool stuff like tank simulators, virtual training for soldiers using Unreal 3 and heads up displays

Nexxoft in Bangalore

to the person who posted earlier - you'd be surprised how advanced Indian defence research is, especially in computer vision and simulation. they have lot of advanced research in image processing and training. like they simulate a whole kashmir marketplace and soldiers go in with mo-cap and HUD and confront in a virtual set

of course they don't hire any ignorant jokers.

Jack as you mentioned Jokers, I am not surprised that you are someone who disguise yourself to a funny face and call other Jokers? Ironical?. Bring out your real face man. And as far as you are concerned about the simulation, I agree that Indian Defence might be using the best technology there is. But, however as you mentioned above, a simulation is not just judged by its graphics like how beautiful the marketplace is...rather what counts in a simulation, especially a training is the mathematical model behind it. Defence trainings are used to prepare soilders to situations which they might face in real life...so preparing them for unforeseen strategy is important...and this comes from experience. People who design simulations generally don't provide the subject matter expertise in such cases where expert experience is the must criteria. So, the real job left for developers in this case is to be best at the technology they are using for developing trainings.

So, Jack what you have learned today?
Ans: Tell the truth when you market something on public forums

@ankur dude the joker comment was aimed at Doktor who rather than contributing any info is quick to pass some unjustified sarcastic comment about the defence industry, chill out, don't be so quick to search for an offence.
